Flow Spend does not collect, store or transmit any data. Everything happens locally on your device.
None. We do not collect personal information, financial details, receipt photos, location, device identifiers or usage statistics.
Because we receive no information, we have nothing to use. Receipt images are read by the on-device text recognition engine only to fill in totals, dates and items for you, and the analytics you see are computed locally.
Your expenses, receipts and budget limits are stored only on your device. There is no cloud storage, no sync server and no remote backup operated by us.
Flow Spend includes no analytics tools, advertising networks, trackers or external services. The app works fully without a network connection.
Your information never leaves your phone, so it cannot be intercepted in transit or leaked from our servers. It is protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode or biometrics.
Since we collect no data from anyone, including children under 13, the app is consistent with the principles of COPPA. We never knowingly gather information from minors.
You hold all the data. There are no accounts to create or close. To erase everything, simply delete the app from your device.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the revised text on this page. Our core promise of collecting no data will remain.
